Important: Prescription medications are only supplied after your vet has examined your pet and made ongoing supply available. The maximum time you will be able to refill scripts is SIX months (sometimes shorter for some conditions), thereafter you will need to have your pet re-examined and a new script made. If you are in doubt how much longer your script lasts or how many repeats you have, please ask our staff. If your pet has not been seen by us within the last six months, we will not dispense medication for him/her. It’s important that we assess whether the medication is still suitable for your pet, and manage any side effects.
Allow at least 24 hours for processing, and wait until you are notified that your prescription is ready to collect before calling in to the clinic for it. Your order is not confirmed until you have received notification (either by phone, text or email).
Supply issues currently may mean that we may substitute an equal alternative if your first choice is not available.
